Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every purchase from Kedai Ustaz & Ustazah Shop.

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt, provided items remain unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method without additional transaction fees.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a full return, please ensure these conditions:

• Items purchased within 30 days

• Original sealed packaging intact

Non-returnable items include:

• Perishable items such as dates, honey, beverages, teas, coffees, nuts, and chocolates for hygiene reasons.

• Opened perfumes, essential oils, and health supplements due to health and safety regulations.

• Customized Islamic book orders and personalized gift bundles.

• We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to meet these health, safety, and operational conditions.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong or damaged item was delivered by us.

KEDAI USTAZ SHOP HQ

We recommend using a tracked postal service for all returns. We are unable to guarantee refunds for returned items lost in transit without registered delivery proof.

Gifts:

If your purchase was designated as a gift, you will receive store credit for the value of your returned item upon arrival and inspection.

For standard orders, refunds will be issued directly to the original purchaser's account.
